The TPS Application Process:

1. File Form I-821 (Application for Temporary Protected Status).

2. Submit Form I-765 for work authorization if desired.

3. Provide identity, nationality, and residence evidence.

4. Complete biometrics and background checks.

5. Await USCIS decision on TPS status.
